Plan For Happiness!


Arthur Ashe said “Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.” 


I apply that to thinking of things that can make me happy and healthy. Maybe it's just about doing the best I can. That seems like a pretty good goal to me.

  1. Doing the best you can is something I have tried to teach my girls. You use that in everything you do in life, whether it's in school, in your job, in a friendship. You always offer up your best. In the end, it brings such joy to others and to yourself.
